- NO RENT/NO UTILITIES (except own telephone) in exchange for 14 hours per week of general help to 1 woman. No personal assistance needed. Assistance would involve: cooking dinner (evening or late afternoon), picking up groceries and rare other errands, occasional housecleaning, and general assistance. Computer and/or handyperson expertise would be helpful but not required. (A person well-qualified in computers (i.e., webpage setup) or handyperson skills might be considered on a short-term basis for two to three months without extensive cooking requirement.)
- RENTING IN THE ALTERNATIVE MAY BE ARRANGED.
- Prefer woman or man over 22 who has a full-time, daytime job. Non-smoker only. Absolutely no drug use. Sorry; no children or pets can be accommodated. Prefer that person have own car, but bus lines are 4 blocks. Near 2 light rail stations.
- Please have references ready in case mutual interest is established in an initial telephone interview. - Ranch-style, middle-class house, with 2500 sq. ft of finished space, including full finished basement. You would have one of two private bedrooms, plus use of the 1/2 bath and large family room (second living room) downstairs. Shower and/or bathtub in 2 upstairs bathrooms would be shared, as would kitchen and yard. Ample parking on quiet residential street. Located in one of lowest crime rate areas in metro Denver.
- 10 minutes from Denver Tech Center or DU. 20 minutes from downtown. Numerous restaurants, health clubs, and movie theaters in area, plus Highline Canal biking/hiking trail and Bible Park.
- Refundable $200 damage deposit (by cash; will be receipted). No lease or notice required.
- No guests; space is for yourself only (as is usual in such situations).
- Healthy indoor environment: Allergies necessitate that there be no scented items or fragrances/perfumes of any type in the house; this includes using only unscented soap and unscented shampoo. There are no exceptions to this. No chemicals of any type are used or stored in the house or the yard. No indoor plants.
