I have for sale several African Soft Furred Rats. Soft Furreds are the natural prey of ball pythons and are great for getting finicky reptiles feeding. Contrary to what you may have read, they CAN also be kept as pets. I have donated several to various science classes in Cherry Creek and if my selectively bred tame line is handled from early on, they are about like a hamster in temperment. Note that these are highly social animals that practice communal rearing of young and must be kept in groups of at least three.
Young animals for breeding or pets are $4 per male and $6 per female. Discounts on trios, quads and larger groups.
