Description
Rosie is a grey, feral donkey who was removed from federal lands near Blythe, California when she was 4 years old. So, she has refined instincts for self-preservation. Rosie was sold to a private owner by the Bureau of Land Management in 2000 and remained there until 2008 when her elderly owners became ill. Rosie is used to living with gelding or jenent donkeys. Rosie stands about 46 inches tall and weighs about 480 pounds. She is shy with people but she is getting better all the time an she is an easy keeper. This donkey would make a great livestock guard but not for small livestock. She likes to chase cats, dogs and small varments. Rosie's best friend is Gretchen.
