We are looking for someone that understands how to make an application as juicy as possible, evoking massive emotion and glee for those that experience our app. It matters to us when someone reaches new heights of happiness doing something they call routine, and we looking for those that demand this of their own excerpts.
Position Summary:
• Identify, address and solve complex user interface and information design challenges
• Produce wireframes, site architecture, and screen layouts
• Establish interaction guidelines and standards
• Incorporate user feedback into designs

In short, it's all about Video. We are building THE service to buy, sell, and trade videos online. Think Amazon meets YouTube, but wayyy wayyyy better, and far more sexy of course. With offices in Denver, Chicago, and even France, we are spread out around the globe.
Required Skills:
• Pure Love of Video!
• Omnigraffle
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Knowledge of AJAX and how users may interact within this various implementations of this technology
• Such as: Drag & Drop sorting, modal overlays, resizing, edit-in-place, etc
• Be able to take a list of features and make them into user interface bliss
• Have a strong opinions on various topics of usability
• Work on a Mac (all UXD's are to be done with OmniGraffle)
• Experience conducting usability studies
• Consulted for at least one of the Fortune 500 (or equivalent experience)
Desired Skills:
• Able to design custom icons for the UXD (User Experience Document)
• Regular blogger/writer on UX/IA topics
• Attend regular UX/IA conferences regularly such as: UX Week, IA Summit, SXSW, etc
• Visio
• HTML/CSS/AJAX
