This is a fabulous vintage combination clock/table lamp. The clock was manufactured by United Clock Co.
Most of the clocks that United manufactured in this style were produced between 1930's-1960's.
The lamp is a white/cream and sits on a wooden base.
The cord on this lamp is original and needs to be replaced. I assure you once the cord is replaced the clock and lamp will work just fine. I have used this lamp in my home for over a year however; I did sometimes have to wiggle the cord to get it to stay on.
The clock kept good time, the motor is quiet and runs smooth.
Cosmetically the piece has minor vintage wear such as some slight oxidation on the metal ring around face of the clock, some of the paint has flaked off on the wooden base however; these small flaws do not detract from the overall appearance of the lamp.
