W are currently seeking State Managers to oversee the states listed. The State Manager will conduct all aspects of recruitment and training for the state of application. The right candidate will have the responsibility to oversee recruiting and training schedules for all automotive dealerships within the state that he or she is applying for. Conduct personal phone calls to the dealership’s General Manager to ensure proper handling of all training and recruiting matters for both new hires and present employees of the dealership. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times with all of the dealership’s management and staff.

Requirements:
- Have a professional can- do attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be extremely trustworthy and self motivated
- Be a friendly people person.
- Must possess a strong will to do a good job at all times.
- Have either six months experience in the automotive dealership, management, or sales experience.
( Experience can be waived with the right candidate.)
Salary:

45k to75k first year with bonuses.
