Update: 10/12/09 Well, I've been at my foster mom's house for about 5 months I think. I can't believe how good I feel! Look at how much weight I have lost!!! I have been going on walks and I love it so much... I finally spoke for the first time last week when my foster mom was taking the young dogs for a walk down the street. I was SO jealous that I started yelling for them to come back and get me! I am so happy that I even wag my tail now! Love, Phoebe ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Meet Phoebe, a "Golden Girl" for sure!!!Miss Phoebe was found as a stray and was never claimed by he owners.... a blessing in disguise. Poor Phoebe was matted, dirty, neglected, depressed and then some. However, GRRR is giving Miss Phoebe a new leash on life for her Golden years. Phoebe is a gentle, kind, demure old gal with a desire to live out the last of her Golden years in a peaceful, quiet, loving, calm and gentle setting. Miss Phoebe doesn't move like she used to! She'd prefer a ranch or a home with few stairs to climb.Miss Phoebe is loving and gracious.
