***Must apply online at home website*** JOB INFORMATION: TITLE: Project Coordinator FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Exempt DEPARTMENT: Operations EEO Code: 13-1061 REPORTS TO: Project Manager DATE PREPARED: 7/16/2009 JOB PURPOSE: The Project Coordinator, under direction of the Program & Project Managers will plan, direct, or coordinate activities in assigned construction projects. Their objective is to provide support to the PM’s in the successful execution of project plans. JOB REQUIREMENTS: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (Including but not limited to): -Assist Project Managers with administrative functions in regards to current projects. -Aid estimating department with general administrative functions. -Ensure project management paperwork is correctly managed. -Coordinate assignments with project management. -Support Project Managers in anyway needed. -All other tasks as assigned. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: -BBA / BS Degree Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent experience. MS / MA Degree Desired. EXPERIENCE: -2-5 years experience in a Project Coordinator role or equivalent. -Ability to multi task and work on multiple projects simultaneously. -Excellent verbal/written communications skill and ability to positively influence people across all functional areas of an organization TECHNICAL SKILLS: -Skilled with Microsoft Computer Programs, SharePoint, and Internet skills. -Able to read complex blueprints and understand specs on construction documents WORKING CONDITIONS: -This position requires sitting for long periods of time, extensive computer use; -General office environment; -Moderate levels of stress may occur.
