Shower and/or bathtub in 2 upstairs bathrooms would be shared, as would kitchen and yard. Ample parking on quiet residential street. Located in one of lowest crime rate areas in metro Denver.
- 10 minutes from Denver Tech Center or DU. 20 minutes from downtown. Numerous restaurants, health clubs, and movie theaters in area, plus Highline Canal biking/hiking trail and Bible Park.
- Refundable $200 damage deposit (by cash; will be receipted). No lease or notice required.
- No guests; space is for yourself only (as is usual in such situations).
- Healthy indoor environment: Allergies necessitate that there be no scented items or fragrances/perfumes of any type in the house; this includes using only unscented soap and unscented shampoo. There are no exceptions to this. No chemicals of any type are used or stored in the house or the yard. No indoor plants.
