Date Listed: Jul-16-08 I have 2 Britax Wizard Car Seats for sale. I actually own 5 but am keeping 3 for my little one who is still using them. One of the seats was purchased in late Fall of 2004 and the other in Fall 2005 and have both been WELL CARED FOR. One seat cover is Smokey Grey checkered and the other is blue denim. Although there is some "very mild" fading on the covers I have taken such great care of them they really do look great. Neither of the covers have tears. The only thing missing from the Grey checkered set is the belly pad, of which my boys always took them off anyway. This model has the head wings to add protection to the head in case of an accident. These seats have NEVER been in an accident. My husband & I are both in the safety 7 medical field & would not lie about the safety of these seats as we live by it in our professions. These seats are weight rated for Rear facing 5-33 pounds and Forward facing to up to 65 pounds and height of 49inches or less. The wings are also great for supporting their head when they fall asleep. These are great quality, high safety rated seats which I paid nearly $300/each when purchased them in 2004 & 2005. The Wizard model was simply discontinued and replaced with the more modern looking Britax Boulevard which retail @ about $270-$300. I preferred this model to the new one because of the longer, narrower, and more firm head wings compared to the new model. As a nurse safety is crucial to me. I love Britax and believe strongly in their product, it's well worth the price for the peace of mind it gives you. Keep in mind...if you don't like the seat cover colors you can always personalize them by purchasing a custom made seat cover made for you on ebay for approx $50-$60. Please Note that the Photos really do not do justice to the great condition I have kept them in...meaning.....the pictures are rather bright and make the seat covers appear as though they have heavy wear & fading, which IS NOT the case. The denim is "dark demin" and the Black/Grey is also darker than the photo shows.
