Scarlet may be a bit feather challenged but she sure has a big personality! The challenge with female Eclectus is to keep them so busy that reproduction is not on their radar. Scarlet's feathers most likely will not grow back due to damage to the follicles but she is still beautiful. Special dietary considerations necessary for Scarlet (and all Eclectus parrots).
