Maintain payor contract files and clinical staff credentialing. Complete month-end close and generate supporting reports. Act as a liaison with billing software vendor for system maintenance and troubleshooting. Complete charge entry post payments from cash logs, open and post all mail as needed. Cover all positions for vacations. Verify deposit with cash logs posted. File payments posting with charge batch. Follow-up on Medicare RTP's or claims outstanding. Review and approve all Financial Hardship Applications. Post and process all payor and patient refunds. Payor and complex account management and support. Act as a liaison with satellites, provide support for all front office activity.
